Please make sure you are in stable period and you are healthy. Our priority is for you and your baby to feel comfortable. You need to be able to lay on your back for least 20 minutes. If you have any concern please see your doctor and follow their instructions.
If you are pregnant and sensitive for pain, we don’t recommend you to get brazilian wax.

Because of skin on your back is sensitive until you get used to it or if you get back acne easily, you might get skin reaction such as redness or small bumps.

It is common that your skin gets red right after the treatment.
If you have sensitive skin redness of your skin might stay for 2-3 days.

You are taking antibiotics regularly.
You’ve had skin peeling treatment on a same spot within 2 weeks.
Your skin is tanned or you go to tanning salon regularly.
You have skin disease or skin trouble on where you want to get waxed.
You are taking antihistamine regularly or having special chemical treatment.
You’ve had IPL treatment or razor treatment within 4 weeks.
You’ve shaved within 2 weeks.

Quick treatment

We’ll try our best to reduce pain and less stress for your skin. VIO wax first timers usually take proximally 20-40 minutes. Who has experienced before (within 2 month since last visit) proximally take 15-30 minutes.

High quality product

Our wax product is from Australia. It’s made for professionals and less chance to damage your skin compare to other wax products. It grabbs hair so well that we hardly use painful tweezers. Usually other salon will ask you to grow hair least 1 cm (0.5 inch) but we ask you to grow 2 mm (0.1 inch)

Would you like some shape? No problem!

Not like other salons out there, we don’t charge extra for designing shapes. Basic bikini, triangle, landing strip or all off. Please let us know what you desire at counseling.

Sanitary management

Our wooden spatula are all single use. Once it touched your skin it won’t go back in a heated wax pod. We change our bed tarp after every single treatment is finished. We give brand new cleaning wipes to every customers.
Some products are not able to be treat as single use such as tweezers, shavers and eye protector. They are all sanitized by ethanol before and after use and they are stored in UV disinfectant. We have a contract with linen company and all our towels are clean and sanitized.
※ We make sure that all our staffs follow our strict sanitary management rules and their health condition is on their best.

After care at home

Please avoid going to onsen(hot springs), swimming pools and bedrock bath for next couple of days.
When you take a bath at home please use clean warm water.
Please take lukewarm shower and make sure to clean treated area with lots of bubbles.
(We recommend you to take shower morning and night and for VIO area please use feminine wash.）
Please make sure there is no left over soap nor shampoo on your skin.
(Bacteria love to eat it and give you acne.)
If you got back treatment make sure your hair isn’t touching your skin for next couple of days.
After the shower and everyday life, please tie your hair up so your hair won’t irritate your skin.
Please make sure your towels, underwear and pajamas are clean.
We recommend you to wear underwear that made out of cotton 100%
If you are getting sweaty make sure to wipe it off.
We recommend you to use skin lotion or cream that has soothing effect.
Once your skin is nice and calm in couple of days we recommend you to use sugar scrub to prevent ingrown hair.

Even your skin was nice and calm after th treatment, if bacteria gets in to your pore
it can cause acne in 1 to 2 weeks. So please keep your skin clean.
We will explain more details about how to take care your skin on the day of.

What kind of wax do you use?: Wax that are created specially for brazilian wax or Sugaring wax that made out of only from Sugar and lemon.
To protect your keratin we don’t use oil based soft wax.

Is it going to hurt?: For the first time treatment, you are pulling off hair that haven’t pulled before, you might feel discomfort and little bit of pain.
The level of pain is depending on a person but it’ll be a lie if we say “there is no pain.”
But the pain is only that moment. After the treatment you’ll be surprised and satisfied with result.
You might have seen a person in TV is screaming while getting treatment. We haven’t seen ladies like that before and we don’t think we’ll see them ever. THAT isn’t a lie.

Could you NOT use tweezers?: Yes, it’s possible!
We try our best not to use tweezers but in case it’s better to use them because of length of your hair, it’s only for few hairs.
If you don’t mind leaving hair that are very short and less noticeable, please let us know!

Can I get treatent while I’m on period?: If you get it unexpectedly, you can get treatment with tampon in.
If you have a heavy flow or you aren’t feeling well, we are more than happy to reschedule you.
